We were most impressed by the location, cleanliness and the staff. After a long day of travel, we checked in with Giorgio at the front desk and he helped us to navigate parking, carrying luggage, and where to eat dinner. The next morning we were able to enjoy breakfast which had an amazing spread of great food. The kitchen staff, Breata and Laura were very accommodating. Our room had wonderful views, comfortable beds, and was squeaky clean. The desk area is a nice bonus. Overall, this was one our favorite spots and the Best Western Hotel in San Vito di Cadore, which made our stay exceptional.

The staff were extremely welcoming and professional including the front desk, kitchen/dining personnel, and cleaning persons. They helped with the airlines when a bag was lost, made restaurant recommendations/reservations, provided ice for our baby’s needs, and were overall available for anything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious: eggs, bacon, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, pastries & cakes, galore, cereal, yogurt… the list goes on. What a wonderful place to stay! We will definitely stay here when we return to the Dolomites.

What a wonderful little hotel tucked in a small town. Right on the main street, with a nice little balcony you can sit and admire the mighty dolomites from. The staff was incredibly accommodating of my elderly parents and gave us an (upgraded) room on a floor with the elevator (Which does not reach the top floor of the hotel). Wonderful hearty breakfast too at a decent price.

- Room was very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. - Friendly staff! They kindly let us store our bags for free during our AV1 hike. - Did not try the breakfast, but for 10 euros per person, the spread and quality is amazing! It's a shame we didn't get to try it. - Though it's out of Cortina d'Ampezzo proper, the hotel is right by the bus stop from Cortina to San Vito di Cadore.

We were a group of 2 couples on a weekend trip, and this accomodation was a perfect fit for us. Beds were super comfy with pillow options. There were more than enough towels and towel drying racks. One bedroom is separated, the other one is at the room entrance. There was a kettle with some tea provided. Cleaning was done every day. Late self check-in was organized on the day of arrival.

The quadruple room we got was huge and recently renovated, with a stunning view to the mountains behind the hotel. Breakfast was good and Giorgio the front desk manager was awesome!

Brand new toilet and bath! The bed’s headboard is nicer now as it is modern unlike in the picture. Very spacious bed and comfy! Clean room! Our view was mountain view! Very nice breakfast staff. Breakfast is ok. Near cortina d’ampezzo like 20min drive away if no traffic. 2 hr drive from marco polo venice airport with no traffic. Location is peaceful and safe and simple. Free parking behind hotel.

Good location, spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a ski vacation if you need plenty of space for your gear. The breakfast was also good, and the staff was very helpful. We arrived quite late, and even though check-in is only open until 21:30, it was very well organized so that we could check in ourselves.

Amazing views, the balcony was fantastic, and the breakfast was perfect - just enough variety without being overwhelming. Staff were very friendly.

Had a fantastic stay from the moment we walked in and Giorgio met us. He was amazing. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Stunning views from the room. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area
